As a food reviewer, I was particularly drawn to the hearty Fatty Melt, a symphony of flavors with ham, roast beef, and turkey sautéed in savory gravy and topped with melted cheeses. The dishes are not only filling but also crafted with fresh ingredients that shine in each bite. The Spinach & Artichoke Dip served with fried pasta is a creamy delight that ignites the taste buds and provides a perfect start to your meal.

I hadn't been to Fatty's in a while and took my mother for a late lunch. The food was delicious and our waitress Macie was so polite and attentive. I will request her the next time I eat there.

I enjoyed my lunch here. My server Cody was fast and attentive. I had the pistol Pete poboy and is was very good! Will come back.

Visited fattys picayune and had the seafood platter, it was delicious. Cody was our server and made the trip very pleasant. We will be back!

Fast service. Chargrilled oysters were a good size and taste very well. My shrimp po boy had a good portion of shrimp and taste sooo good I wanted to order another sandwich.

First of all, Fatty's Seafood in Picayune has the best seafood and Cajun Creole classics all under one roof. I had the Crawfish Two-Step, which had the typical crawfish etoufee but with fried crawfish tails on top. It's an extremely irresistible plate, and way better than all other restaurant offerings of etoufee. Our waitress Alyssa did a decent job with our service, but we weren't asked if we wanted to order dessert, and on top of that, she should have been more friendly with the service we had for dinner at the Picayune Fatty's location. But on a high note, the ambiance looks pretty magnificent; it has Mardi Gras and New Orleans jazz festival replica framed pictures. It's got everything Cajun Creole-related inside the restaurant! I'm glad that I enjoyed the food and New Orleans hospitality north of the state line, but the service was a very slight disappointment for some reason.
